Due to the customized nature of our products, we're not able to accept returns. If you received defective or incorrect products please contact us within 10 days of receiving. We will reprint your order once we review the case.
If we're unable to reprint your order, we will issue refund. Refunds will require return of the defective items. We will process refund within 5-10 business days once we received the items. There may be delays in the bank processing the refund to your original payment method.

We currently ship to US addresses only.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight/size-based. Most items have free shipping options, otherwise the weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
